Vendor information

We cordially invite you to be a part of Walla Walla’s annual 4th of July in the Park celebration at Pioneer Park! From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pioneer Park, (bordered by Alder, Division and Whitman Streets) will be filled with arts and crafts, culinary delights, activities for children of all ages, and nonstop entertainment. The community celebration will once again conclude with a rousing show of the finest fireworks display in the area. In previous years, this celebration has attracted over 12,000 visitors to the park.

Many of you have shared this day with us before and appreciate the park’s natural tree shade. Of course, we cannot control shade in Pioneer Park and we regret that it cannot be guaranteed that all vendors will have shade during the whole day. Please review the enclosed map, which, though unnumbered, represents the park’s general layout. It should assist you in making space preferences. Simply mark the area of your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices and/or use numbers, if known, from past years. A confirmation letter will be sent to you toward the end of June letting you know your booth assignment. Booth assignments, once established, will not be moved.

The Park has a circular drive and in the center is a gazebo for entertainment. Arts and crafts booths will be spaced around the inside of the circle, where electricity is unavailable and the outside (where there is limited power) will include food booths, additional arts and crafts booths, information booths, etc. The road is used as the walkway for public access. Vehicles will not be allowed to remain in the park after set-up. City regulations do not allow overnight park sleeping, but the parking lot adjacent to the Little League field on Ruth Street will be available for cars and motor homes, along with restroom facilities, the evening of July 3rd.

Vendor Forms:

PLEASE NOTE that we are allowing booths to be broken down at 5:30pm this year, if so desired. Examine the Vendor Expectations thoroughly as you fill out your forms. This is a one day event, Monday the 4th.

To keep within the established timeframes, clean-up must follow the event. Please plan on completely breaking down Monday evening and removing all trailers from the grass that evening. We look forward to working together and making this old-fashioned event fun for all.
