You may have noticed that most vendor fees have increased slightly. Here’s why: The 4th of July in the Park is an event that is designed to pay for itself. In an effort to do a better job at breaking even, we have more closely aligned our vendor fees to match those of other local events, based on what each person is paying per hour to participate. Your vendor fees go toward funding this event, including entertainment, labor, and the fireworks in the evening. The Union-Bulletin does not make a profit.
